the receptionist was professional. she found me a quiet room away from traffic and noise. it was within the room type i booked. the room helped me sleep well.

street noise dirty bathroom
The staff were helpful and friendly , assisting with directions and check-in.
The room was hot, even with the window open I couldn't get comfortable. Street noise was constant because of this. The bathroom was not clean. I found hairs in the shower and the sink wasn't wiped down.
